Teresa and Kevin Ward visit WashingtonKevin and Teresa Ward had the pleasure of being auctioned off at the last ISSA / ARCSI Convention in Chicago 2009. April Lane from April Lane Cleaners in Seattle and Stacie McMillan, Clean and Simple, from Lynwood , Washington were the highest bidders and plunked down their cold hard cash with the winning bid to have them come consult with at their residential cleaning companies onsite in Washington.

The Wards started their journey in Ellensbugh Washington where they met up with fellow ARCSI members and good friends Daron and Cressin Tandberg from White Glove Cleaning from Yakima, Washington. Besides running a busy cleaning service and being the Vice President of ARCSI, Daron is also a square dance caller. They got to see him in      (pictured left to right: Liz Trotter, April Lane, Teresa Ward, and

action and also admired Cressin's cute square dance outfit.

Then it was off to Seattle to meet up with April Lane to deal with any hot button issues. Liz Trotter from American Maid, also an ARCSI Board member (Olympia, WA) sat in on some of the sessions. Teresa was impressed with how organized April is and what a tight ship she runs.

Then it was on to meet up with Stacie McMillan another great operation. "It is great to see the professionalism in her company", Hopefully we brought some good content and sparked some new thought processes to help them grow and overcome any issues they may be having", Teresa said.

Teresa and Kevin Ward graciously donated themselves to be sold off in the annual ARCSI Ambassador Fundraiser. The Wards own an extremely successful home cleaning company in Long Island New York, so their expertise and visit was a hot commodity at the auction. They made the trip at their own expense. Now there are two industry role models for sure!
