ARCSI Convention Will Be All About YOU2010 ARCSI Convention Will Be All About YOU! "The Committee has done a great job of taking the most popular aspects of previous conventions and adding some exciting new additions," ARCSI Executive Director Ernie Hartong said. Back by popular demand will be the One-on-One Coaching sessions in the ARCSI Booth (#959) on the ISSA Show floor, but with an expanded list of coaches and topics. ARCSI members will again have the opportunity to vote for their favorites from among three finalists in each six ARCSI Image Award categories. The winners will be announced at the President's Reception presented by ServiceCEO on Friday evening. Convention attendees should plan to arrive in Orlando by Tuesday for the Annual "Welcome Reception" at the Doubletree Resort, the official ARCSI Convention hotel. The ARCSI Ambassador's Co-Chaired by Liz Trotter, American Maid, and Lanette Richmond, Life Maid Easy, and other Ambassadors will be conducting a special "Convention Orientation" at 5:30 on Tuesday for those attending their first convention or those who want to get the most out of their convention experience. The ARCSI education sessions have also been expanded, for 2010 they will be held each morning, Wednesday through Saturday. New ARCSI Board Members and Officers will be officially introduced at the Annual Meeting on Wednesday evening. The Annual meeting will be followed by a special 90 minutes of Roundtable discussions.
