The day is divided into two tracks; more traditional advertising and how you can effectively use it to grow your business. STOP wasting your advertising dollars on the wrong actions.

In the morning session, Sharon will cover, "Effectively Reaching Your Target"- Mass marketing vs. target marketing. What the difference is between the two. She will also help you determine the best method for you and which one will bring the biggest return. 

In "Direct Mail Secrets and Sources", Sharon will discuss how a successful direct mail program is created. Learn the inside scoop on making your direct mail dollars bring the best return to your business. She will reveal the best sources for mailing pieces and lists. How to find and manage your lists, all of this combined to help you manage a direct mail campaign that will net results.

Next, she will cover "Creating a Powerful, Compelling Direct Mail Piece"- Learn what an effective ad should look like. She will reveal the "MUST say" to make your phone ring and website buzz! Plus advertising secrets shared by industry experts.

And in the final part of the morning session Sharon will delve into "Traditional Networking" and how it can have a dramatic impact on your business and professional relationships. You will learn EXACTLY what it REALLY is and how to maximize every contact you make. And the one advantage that traditional networking offers over all other types of marketing and advertising.

After an hour long lunch break (lunch will be provided on site for a small fee) industry leader Perry Phillips will jump right into internet marketing that you can use to see more results, sometimes for free and with very little effort. You will learn how to capitalize on developing technology and marketing your cleaning business in a whole new way.

Perry will start off the afternoon with "So You Have a Website- Now it Needs to Make Money for You" where you will hear why you can NOT simply build a website and walk away. If you are using your website as an online brochure and it is not vibrant and alive then you just may as well not have one! Learn how you can make your website come alive and be a destination over and over!

Next he will move into "Effective Email Marketing" where he will give you ideas that can have an INSTANT effect on your cash flow. Hear ideas that will have your current and potential customers WANTING you to email them. Perry will also talk about how you can make more money with the clients you have without even spending money to get new ones. Why not use the ones you already have at a higher level.

After that You may be surprised to hear "You Are an Industry Expert, So Don't Keep it to Yourself" and how you can take advantage of what you have learned from your business to educate the public about what you do. This is a great way to make yourself more visible and the "go to person" in your area, and an educated customer is a BETTER customer.

Perry will wrap up the afternoon session with "Social Media and Networking Sites- How to Have an Online Impact". If you have not heard of Facebook and Twitter you must be living under a rock.
