Woburn, MA U.S.A. – Daimer Industries, Incorporated®, a worldwide provider of high temperature portable steam cleaner products, has released a new 440 volt, disinfecting, extraction-based machine positioned for volume cleaning and germ-removal applications. Each KleenJet® Ultra 10176-440CVP comes with a certified, Daimer®-unique, germ-killing technology abbreviated as ATIS®.

“The 10176-440CVP portable steam cleaner provides customers with a 440 volt option along with 386ºF heat, the highest temperature we’ve offered to date in a disinfection-based institutional machine,” noted Daimer.com’s communication manager for extraction-based equipment Matthew Baratta. “The new line is sold with spot-on commercial capabilities, including a direct connect water-feed, oversized waste tanks, and water filtration.”

 High Temperature Portable Steam Cleaner

Daimer®’s 10176-440CVP series of systems is sold with an advanced boiler design that supports high pressure levels. Each of the new 17,000-watt, portable steam cleaner can produce the densest steam for long durations of sanitizing cleaning. This ability is often not possible with low wattage equipment.

The Daimer® machine is configured for 40 Volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz electricity. Additional electrical configurations will be offered by Daimer® that support 50 Hz and other voltages at comparable prices.

The new 440 volt portable steam cleaner is being equipped with a high suction extraction system built into each canister unit. This extraction systems offer column lift of 3200 mm. As well, the extraction subunits are engineered for wet or dry applications.

The machine minimizes work interruptions for refilling or emptying fluid tanks. To this end, the portable steam cleaner comes with 35 liters of waste storage and a quick-connecting direct water-feed support connector. Each boiler supports total fluid capacities measuring 34 liters (refill and boiler combined). A 20-liter detergent chamber allows for the dispensation of cleaning chemicals.
