After running a home service company of his own, Ed Giardina found that there were no simple, web-based tools to help him with his business.  Ed created ServiceTask in February 2011 at a small office in Rhode Island, to only build tools that he deemed useful. With ServiceTask, maid service businesses have access to a simple web-based software focused on helping service companies better track and organize customers and schedule jobs more efficiently.

“I created ServiceTask out of  my own frustrations in trying to find a simple, inexpensive scheduling application for my service business. ServiceTask is now excited to announce new updates to their software. After receiving requests to alter their application to allow international signups, they have adapted their software to support sign-ups from the UK and Canada. Users can now set their location to change all currency, phone number, and address settings within ServiceTask and while interfacing with RouteTask.
