This is where the enrollment process for the Verified Home Cleaning Pro Network begins. Once you pay the enrollment fee you will receive the Pre-Questionnaire and Basic Requirements Survey. Within two business days the program administrator will call and follow up with you to initiate the other steps of the verification process to complete acceptance into the program.

The process should take 1-2 weeks depending on the response from your insurance company. Please note that once the enrollment process begins, after the Pre-Questionnaire and Basic Requirements Survey portion is complete and received, there is no refund for incomplete enrollments. Cancellation within 10 calendar days prior to that step will give you a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

This portion of the Enrollment is processed here to ensure your payment is accepted in a secure venue to ensure CPI compliance with credit card payments. This is for your added protection. The amount charged for your enrollment fee with show up on your credit card statement as P 3 Communications.

• Run and Operate Business lawfully within jurisdiction(s), complying with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Follow up promptly with customer complaints
• Provide a safe work environment for workers
• Continue to learn, develop and grow professional competence

Terms of Participation in Program

• Required business licenses and permits in your area must be current and up to date.
• Insurance policies must remain current; HCM must be notified immediately of any changes to the policy. If insurance coverage lapses, or is cancelled, participation in the program will be put on hold for up to 90 days. At that time if insurance information and policies are still not current, Verified status will be revoked.
• Cancellation of participation for any reason, whether  by voluntary withdrawal or removal from the program shall result in the immediate removal of seal, certificates, or any other program decals, logo, or artwork being used to promote both the Verified Home Cleaning Pro Network or the participating company. This includes but is not limited to website, print materials, company vehicles, apparel, or other medium where the Verified Home Cleaning Pro is presented. Participating company agrees that use will cease immediately and all places of use will be pulled. Companies enrolling in the program agree that use of the seal and other artwork is strictly reserved for active participants.
• Electronic or online use of the seal or other artwork may only be linked to the official custom participant page created by the HCM program administrator. No other links to web pages, websites, or email are permitted.
• Participation in the program is limited to verifying required information and acceptance does not constitute an endorsement of any kind regarding quality or service. Such claims may not be made by participants when using the seal or any other artwork.
• Use of press kits and press releases provided through the Consumer Education program may only be used exactly as written, with exception of approved specific company information in designated areas. Any alteration or changes to press releases or Consumer Education Articles must first be approved in writing by the Verified Home Cleaning Pro Program Administrator.
• Any inaccurate or fraudulent information or documentation will result immediate expulsion from the program.
• Once the enrollment fee is paid and the Pre-Questionnaire and Basic Requirements Survey are completed, the enrollment fee cannot be refunded for any reason including voluntary or involuntary removal or cancellation from the program.
• Participants in the program agree to pay upfront in full the one-time enrollment fee and the annual program maintenance fee, both of which are subject to change. Fee increases will be announced at least 6 months in advance to current participants.
• Excessive negative feedback or consumer complaints may warrant removal from the program after a peer review board evaluates complaints received.
• Enrollment indicates your agreement of the terms of participation.
